it looks old. a bit disappointed.
the hallways are very dark and old. could use renovation - `brighter carpet and lighting

Pleasant and the location was great
Location, Service and Food was suburb
This only because I am picky. I tend to hate going to hotels where shoes are allowed in the room especially in Japan, i did not like that the carpets in the room had some stains in them although cleaning service come to vacuum everyday. But it is what it is.
